We stand behind our craftsmanship and provide a comprehensive home warranty program. Specific details regarding coverage periods for structural and mechanical components are provided during your initial consultation.
Do I need to own land before meeting with you?
Not at all. We can build on land you already own, or we can help you find the perfect lot in one of the many local communities where we currently build.
Can I customize an existing floor plan?
Yes. We have a variety of existing floor plans that serve as a starting point, which can be tailored to fit your lifestyle, or we can work with you to design a completely unique, one-of-a-kind home.
Will I have help choosing my interior finishes?
One of our interior designers will work with you every step of the way to select everything from tile and flooring to lighting and paint colors.
Does Designer Homes provide a pricing guarantee?

Begin with an informative meeting with your Designer Homes Specialist. Together, we’ll review lot options, lifestyle needs, design inspiration, and budget.
- 1Floor Plan Design 01
You’ll meet one-on-one with our in-house architectural designer to collaboratively design a home that’s thoughtfully tailored to you.
- 2Pricing Review & Agreement 02
Once your custom plan is finalized, it is sent for pricing. Once all pricing is completed, we will present a detailed proposal for your review.
- 3Curated Design Selections 03
Your designer coordinates selection meetings at our various trusted partner showrooms as well as our very own main office showroom, guiding you through finishes and materials with ease.
- 4Construction Begins 04
While construction begins, your designer continues to guide any remaining selections and keeps everything on track. As your home nears completion, you’ll receive a projected move-in date so you can plan with confidence.
- 5Framing/Electrical Walkthrough 05
Once framing is complete, you’ll have an on-site walkthrough to finalize framing, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing details. Prior to this meeting, you’ll receive our Electrical Walkthrough Guide to help you thoughtfully plan each room.
- 6Final Walkthrough 06
A detailed final walkthrough is completed with our construction manager, warranty manager, and your Designer Homes specialist.
- 7Closing Day 07
The exciting final step, closing day! Move in and begin enjoying your beautifully crafted Designer Home!
- 8One-Year Warranty Visit 08
Our commitment doesn’t end at closing. Around the one-year mark, our warranty manager will schedule a customer satisfaction visit to ensure your home continues to meet our standards and yours.
